1.Shakib Al Hasan (Sun Risers Hyderabad)

Shakib Al Hasan played for Kolkata KnightRiders for many editions. He was bought by the Sunrisers Hyderabad for IPL 2018. This all-rounder was the top performer in all the formats for Bangladesh at the International level. Due to the lack of middle-order stability, the Sunrisers Hyderabad franchise can entrust this all-rounder for the middle-order batting and his economic bowling becomes a good support for spinner Rashid Khan of their team. He scored 498 runs off 32 innings with a strike rate of 130.37 with the highest score of 66 runs.

He took 43 wickets in 42 innings at an economy rate of 7.17. His career-best was 3-17.

2.Ben Stokes(Rajasthan Royals)

He is the highest paid player for the second consecutive season for the Rajasthan Royals franchise for an astonishing amount of Rs.12.5 crores. He scored 316 runs and took 12 wickets in the previous season of IPL. He scored 316 runs from 11 Innings with a strike rate of 142.99 and his highest score being 103. In his IPL career, he took 12 wickets off 12 innings at an economy rate of 7.18. His IPL best performance is 3/18.

3.Washington Sundar(Royal Challengers Bangalore)

He played a handful of domestic matches and was currently playing T20Is for the country in the Nidahas tri-national series. He played for Pune Supergiants in his debut last year and represented TUTI patriots in TamilNadu premier league. This 18-year old off-spinner does wonders with subtle variations in the pace. He did not get a chance to perform with the bat in the previous IPL edition. He took 8 wickets from 11 innings at an economy rate of 6.17 and his career-best being 3/16.4.

4.Krunal Pandya(Mumbai Indians)

He is the man of the match of previous IPL final match. He was retained by the franchise by Right To match clause. He stood as the pillar for the consistency of the team and scored 243 runs and picked 10 wickets in IPL 2017. He is the elder one of Pandya brothers. He scored 480 runs off 20 IPL innings at a strike rate of 158.42 with the highest score of 86 runs. Coming to bowling, he took 16 wickets off 24 innings with an economy rate of 7.15 and his best bowling record is 3/14.

5.Marcus Stoinis( Kings XI Punjab)

Marcus Stoinis is one of the best performers in BigBash League. He scored 99 runs in the season before he played for his country in the series against England. This Australian all-rounder was retained by Kings XI Punjab by RTM clause for IPL 2018. He scored 163 runs from 8 IPL innings at a strike rate of 123.48 with his highest score of 52. He took 10 wickets off 12 innings at an economy rate of 9.07. his best performance is 4/15.

6.Andre Russel(Kolkata Knight Riders)

This West Indies player did well in the previous IPL season. He has the capacity of batting at any place and was a trustworthy player for the team. He was resuming the team after the ban on account of doping allegations in 2015. He scored 574 runs off 25 innings at a strike rate of 173.41 with highest score 66. Russel picked 31 wickets off 34 innings at an economy rate of 8.52 and the best of them is 4/20.

7.Daniel Christian(Delhi DareDevils)

This Victoria all-rounder played for Deccan Chargers in the maiden edition of IPL. He was known for good batting as a tail-ender and consistent bowling in the death overs. He played for Pune Supergiants in 2017. He was picked by Delhi DareDevils in IPL 2018. He scored 420 runs off 31 innings at a strike-rate of 123.17 and highest score being 39. He picked 30 wickets off 36 innings at an economy rate of 7.89 and his best performance being 2/10.

8.Dwayne Bravo(Chennai SuperKings)

This all-rounder was loved by fans all over the world.  He played for almost all the premier leagues across the globe. He took the highest number of wickets in the limited overs format, 87 wickets in a single calendar year. He was the icon player of the franchise and won the purple cap in 2013 and 2015. He scored 1262 runs off 83 innings at a strike rate of 126.33 and the highest score being 70. He is the only cricketer to score 1000 runs and pick 100 wickets in IPL.  He took 122 wickets off 100 innings at an economy rate of 8.2 and his best bowling performance is 4/22.
