He played for Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2015 and scored only 141 runs off 16 games at an average of 12.81. He took 14 catches and 4 stumpings in his IPL career. He is the skipper of Kolkata Knight Riders for this IPL season.

  1. KL Rahul

This batsman was away from IPL in 2017. In 2013, 2015, and 2016, he was the part of Royal Challengers Bangalore. He was out of the team many times due to poor form. He played for RCB in 2013 and played 5 games and scored only 20 runs. In 2015, he scored only 142 runs in 9 games. In 2016, he slammed 397 runs off 14 games. He is the crucial player for KXIP in IPL 2018.

  1. Manish Pandey

He played for many times in IPL. He transformed into match-winner over these years. As a teenager, he slammed a century in South Africa in 2009 and became the first Indian to achieve that record. He played for Pune Warriors, Kolkata Knight Riders, and then, he is playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2018. He is a good player in the middle-order. He scored 569 runs from 24 games at an average of 31.61.

  1. Bhuvneshwar Kumar

He was sold for RCB in 2009 and 2010 but was confined to the bench. He played against Delhi DareDevils in 2009 Champions League for Royal Challengers Bangalore. He played for Pune Warriors in 2011 and made his debut for India in 2012. He was the purple cap winner for Sunrisers Hyderabad for the seasons of 2016 and 2017.
