IPL Auctions 2019: Indian batsmen who might be the big buys

IPL auctions 2019 will commence on December 18th, 2018. The efficiency of the players lies in performance on the field and hence every franchise wants to bag successful players. Franchises like Sunrisers Hyderabad are known for shrewdness to pick the best players in every season. Since crucial players like Glenn Maxwell and Aaron Finch might not play this IPL, every franchise is looking to bag domestic players and the best ones among the released player’s list. Here are some probable biggest buys in this auction.

sarfaraz-khan

1.Sarfaraz Khan

He played for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the previous edition. He thrashed Bhuvneshwar Kumar for 19 runs from a single over in IPL 2016. He is known for his aggressive style and might be a good buy for the franchises this time since he was released from the RCB this year. The franchise trusted him over KL Rahul and retained him in the previous edition ahead of Yuzwendra Chahal. Though his performance in that season was disappointing, he is a man with X-factor and is looking to bounce back.

manoj-tiwary-m

2.Manoj Tiwary

He represented Rajasthan Royals in the previous edition but was released by the franchise this year. He expected to shine in the national team but lost many opportunities to injury woes. He has a jaw-dropping strike rate of 117 and averages above 28.37 but could not get proper opportunities after his performance in IPL 2017 for Rising Pune Supergiants. He slammed winning runs for KKR in IPL 2012 at an extraordinary pace. He will be a handy batsman in the middle order with consistent strike rate.

Hanuma-Vihari

3.Hanuma Vihari

This Andhra batsman is one of the versatile middle order batsmen in domestic formats. He got the first national call-up for tests against West Indies this year and made his mark. He is currently a part of the test squad touring Australia. Though he was picked by Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2013, he could not do well in that season. But for now, he deserves a second chance being a reliable middle order batsman.
