Kings XI Punjab slammed 166/9 off 20 overs and succeeded to bowl out the opponents by 152 by the splendid bowling of Sam Curran in the second spell. He picked 4 wickets including a hat-trick by conceding 4 runs to collapse the lower order of Delhi Capitals.

Mayank Agarwal lost his wicket by run out but Sarfaraz Khan and David Miller stitched the biggest stand of 62 runs for KXIP.
When the team gained momentum, they lost their five wickets from the last five overs and ended their innings by 166/9. David Miller slammed 43 runs for KXIP and this is the highest score in the match.
Sarfaraz Khan added 35 runs from 26 balls and Rishabh Pant slammed39 runs from 26 balls with three fours and two sixes. These are the outstanding contributions with the bat yesterday. Colin Ingram slammed 39 runs from 28 balls for Delhi Capitals.
Sam Curran picked 4 wickets off 11 runs for KXIP and Chris Morris picked 3/30 for Delhi Capitals. Sandeep Lamicchane did a splendid work by picking 2/27, the wickets of Sam Curran and Sarfaraz Khan. Sam Curran was awarded the player of the match award by his figures of 4/11.
